“White winemaking”: the must ferments without skin contact and then is placed in autoclaves with selected yeasts for 150 days at 15-18 °C; this long permanence intensifies the wine bouquet. After that, it is cooled down to -4°C 8/10 days long to stabilize and is finally filtered and bottled.

Tasting notes
Light straw yellow, with fine, persistent perlage. Fresh fragrance and a elegant smell of fruit like apple and pear, with floral hints.
