TASTING NOTES: Delicate pale pink colour with an elegant persistent and fruity aroma which recalls to wild strawberries.
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent as aperitif and perfect with fish, light main courses and creamy cheeses. Suitable during Summer to be served with ham and melon.
