TASTING NOTES: Clear straw yellow colour with nuances tending to gold. Fine and persitent perlage. Intense aroma of flowers, exotic fruits (i.e. pineapple and papaya) and hints of bread crust given by the refining process.
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with fish dishes as well cheeses. Particularly indicated for an exciting conversation between meals.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C.
ALCOHOL: 12% vol.
