TASTING NOTES: The pale pink colour recalls the petal of the rose with a creamy and non-invasive bubble. On the nose it presents itself immediately full with aromas which go from the fruity to the floral; we can quite easily recognize wild strawberry, current, peach and exotic fruit.
FOOD PAIRING: It can be appreciated during a convivial moment with some canapes or it could also be paired with dishes such as fish and meat appetizers as well as main courses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C.
ALCOHOL: 11% vol.
