VARIETY: Obtained from a cross between the Glera vine and Cabernet Sauvignon pollen.
DENOMINATION: Veneto, IGP.
TASTING NOTES: Intense violet red colour. Well balanced wine, not very tannic with a pleasant, fruity aroma of blackcurrant and raspberry.
FOOD PAIRING: Wine to drink throughout the meal, excellent with white meat, salami, soft and medium ripe cheeses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C.
ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
