TASTING NOTES: Clear straw yellow colour with fine perlage and a fruity aroma where unripe apple prevails. It has a well-balanced body and a dry, fresh flavour.
FOOD PAIRING: It goes well with appetizers and delicate cuisine, as well as with all fish courses.
Excellent as an aperitif wine.
