A pale pink hue reminiscent of rose petals, accompanied by a creamy, delicate mousse. On the nose, it is fragrant with fruity notes, revealing aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant, peach, and exotic fruit.

It can be enjoyed during a social gathering, accompanied by a canapé, or paired with various dishes such as fish or meat appetizers, as well as delicate first and main courses.
