Pecorino

Straw-yellow in color with golden hues. It features a fine, persistent perlage and an intense aroma. Notes of flowers and tropical fruit (such as pineapple and papaya) are perceptible, alongside subtle hints of bread crust derived from aging on the lees.

An excellent sparkling wine to pair with seafood and cheeses. Ideal for adding sparkle to conversation between meals.
